"I highly recommend Katie for your insurance needs. After trying some other pricier, less responsive insurance companies, we went with Katie Bennett for our auto and homeowners insurance policies and have stayed with her for several years. "I’ve had State Farm for a couple years now. Got into an at fault accident Sept 3rd. State Farm was very quick and very helpful in getting the whole process resolved and I had money from them to buy a new car within like 4 or 5 days. They also provided a rental which I didn’t know I had complete coverage on so that was a life saver with getting to work. And they even called from Katie’s office ( Crystal I think it was) just to check on me which was very kind. And setting up a new car was also very quick and easy. Cassandra was very polite and quick yet detailed in explaining everything. I don’t write a lot of reviews but I was very happy with the service provided on their end during this stressful incident."
